I am currently on h1 and want to move to f1. I have completed 5 years on h1. Am i eligible for a new h1 (cap) after f1 without staying out of the country for a year?
Does change of status to f1 gives me a reset on h1?

My H1B 6 years was completed 8 months ago and I've converted to H4. My 140 got approved recently (after H1b 6yrs completed) and I still have job offer available from my prev employer. Am I eligible for 3 year H1B now? Should I apply for new H1B under cap exempt? Please advise.
I was working on cap subject H1B for almost 3 years and then converted to H4 and took a 2 years break. I started working again with a non profitable organization using H4 EAD one year ago. Now I am thinking of initiating my H1B again. Is it possible to transfer cap subject H1B to cap exempt H1B since my employer is a non profitable organization? Also am I eligible for initiating the process for my old H1B since I have a 3 years break with H1B.
My employer has filed H1B for me this year and I am on OPT which is not under stem category. So my H1 b is not covered under masters cap and is a regular one. I have still not been notified about its status from the employer and they are saying they haven't received it yet from USCIS. I checked with my school and they are saying my SEVIS id is also not updated. My OPT expires on 1st Aug. In this case, since there is no update in SEVIS id , should I believe my H1 b has not been selected. How long is the usual wait in these cases?
I started my work at Non-profit university H1B from April 2015. I went through the profit employer B H1B lottery of 2016 and approved without i-94 on October 1st, 2016 and not revoked, without working for that company B. Was I counted or not for H1B transfer from employer A,B to C??

I have an H1B visa stamp on my passport valid for 1.5 more years. I transferred my H1B work permit to a new employer and therefore my "case i129" i797 approval notice lists the new employer. Must the H1B visa stamp and the i129 i797 approval notice list the same employer for the visa stamp to be valid, even though it's not close to expiring? Will having my old employer on the visa stamp cause issues if I leave the country and come back?

My current H1B got expired on Sep 30th, 2016. and current employer initiated a H1B Extn on normal process on Sep 29th, 2016 and got the receipt number. Also EMPLOYER-B did initiated a H1B Transfer on Sept 23rd, 2016 and got receipt number, and initiated as PREMIUM on Nov first week. My H1 got processed and got the file number but I797 is with current employer(in india), he is refusing to share. I have got an offer at US and the new company is ready to transfer my H1 ,so that i can start my job at US, am currently in UK, will the USICS respond to me quickly if i write a letter asking for the copies of my i797 or the other docs submitted ? if so what should i do to get the response quick?

Hi, Greetings !! I have recently transferred my H1 from Company A to Company B and Came to US on Company B H1 But I find company B to be very much cheating and not paying as what they promised Company C is ready to transfer my H1. However, I need to submit my recent payslips to Company C for the transfer process but my payslips are no way matching my offer letter with Company B Does it create a problem with transfer if I submit my current payslips which are not even 30% of what is mentioned on my offer letter ? Please advise !
